--The block of ice is magically carried to a cave. Kay can't believe her eyes when another Charity emerges from the ice! The new Charity smiles at Kay...

--Kay reads the spell book and learns the new Charity was sent to be her servant! It's Zombie Charity, who is ready to do Kay's bidding.

--Zombie Charity begins setting Kay's plan into motion by coldly pushing Miguel away and flirting with other guys. Poor Miguel has no idea why his beloved is acting so distant. His heart is broken when Charity announces she no longer wants to be with him. A despondent Miguel can't understand why Charity is acting so differently.

--As Zombie Charity pushes Miguel away, Kay and Miguel grow closer. Miguel thanks Kay for her loyal friendship and reveals how happy he is to have Kay in his life. However, Miguel is still deeply in love with Charity, and his feelings for Kay do not blossom into romance...much to Kay's disappointment.

--It looks as though Kay created more than just a Zombie-she created a monster! Zombie Charity reveals to Tabitha and Timmy that she no longer exists to just do Kay's bidding. Charity announces that Tabitha's "Friends in the Basement" decided to bestow Tabitha's powers upon Zombie Charity. Kay realizes she got more than she bargained for when Zombie Charity reveals she is no longer interested in helping to get Kay and Miguel together. Instead, Zombie Charity plans to unleash evil throughout Harmony!

--Just when it seems as though all hope is lost for Miguel and Charity, the ice around the real Charity begins to melt as a result of the love between the couple. Zombie Charity and the real Charity come face-to-face in the cave and Charity calls upon the power of love and goodness to save her and destroy evil. Unfortunately, Zombie Charity's powers are too strong, and Charity winds up frozen in ice once again, therefore ending any hopes of a reunion between the young lovers.

--Kay is horrified when Zombie Charity divulges her latest plan-she intends to sleep with Miguel, an act that will kill the unsuspecting teen. Kay vows to save Miguel at all costs.

--After many unsuccessful attempts at seducing Miguel, Zombie Charity creates a vial with the "Essence of Charity." She is certain that once she sprinkles herself with the essence, Miguel will make love to her. Unfortunately for Zombie, she loses the vial...but Kay finds it.

--Kay learns what is in the vial, and what effect it would have on Miguel. Father Lonigan warns Kay against using the potion, but the temptation proves too great. Kay sprinkles herself with Charity's essence!

--After Kay covers herself with the potion, Miguel sees his good, sweet Charity when he looks at Kay. He declares his love for her and the two make love. Kay is beside herself-she has finally gotten what she's always wanted!

--Kay is annoyed when Jessica walks in on Kay and Miguel in bed, thereby breaking the spell. Miguel is horrified to see he made love to Kay-not Charity. Just then an earthquake rumbles and Miguel fears Charity is in danger. The kids head off to the cave.

--At the cave, Timmy and the real Charity are engaged in an epic battle of good vs. evil with Zombie Charity. Miguel is shocked to see two different Charity's! Timmy and the real Charity emerge victorious, but are severely wounded in the process.

--Miguel is heartbroken when Dr. Russell declares that there is no hope for Charity. She informs the Bennett's that Charity cannot live without life support. A devastated Sam and Grace decide to pull the plug. Miguel lashes out, desperate not to lose his beloved. Meanwhile, Kay selfishly realizes that if Charity is gone, she will have Miguel for herself.

--Charity is taken off light support but Eve receives amazing news. Timmy's heart is a match for Charity! Eve quickly prepares to save Charity's life. In a twist of fate, Charity receives Timmy's heart. All of Charity's loved ones are delighted except, of course, Kay. Kay is devastated when Charity awakens and she sees the closeness between Charity and Miguel.

--Things go from bad to worse for Kay as she believes her mother is always taking Charity's side. When Grace asks Kay if she brought evil back to Harmony by going after Miguel, Kay is enraged. Kay lashes out against her shocked mother!

--Grace and Kay's relationship continued to deteriorate as Charity and Miguel planned their wedding...with Grace's full support. Kay dreaded the wedding day, but seemed resigned to her fate as the day finally arrived. But once Miguel and Charity were at the altar, Kay fainted dead away! After being examined by Eve, Kay learned that she was pregnant!

--Kay ran back into the church and into her father's arms. She stunned everyone when she announced that she was pregnant. But that was just the beginning. All hell broke loose when Kay announced the father was Miguel! A devastated Charity ran from the church.

--Miguel tried to explain to Charity that evil tricked him into making love to Kay—that he really believed he had been with Charity! Eventually, Charity believed him but still believed that he should be with Kay—the mother of his child. However, Kay was horrified to learn that her own mother didn't feel the same way—Grace believed Miguel could fulfill his obligation to Kay while still being with Charity. Having had enough, Kay moved out of the house!

--Eventually, Kay wound up at Tabitha's house. Tabitha was in for a shock when she learned that Kay was the helper that the Friends in the Basement had sent her. Kay couldn't believe what was going on around her, but finally decided to join Tabitha on the dark side...especially after Tabitha promise that she and Miguel would be together if Kay followed the witch's way!
