Week of August 25 - 29

Theresa talks to Fox about Ethan and gets the idea to make herself the "damsel in distress" so Ethan will come to her rescue. At the same time, Ethan gets upset when Gwen suggests Fox and Theresa would be good together. Gwen becomes alarmed at Ethan's concern over Theresa and asks Ethan if he is still in love with Theresa. Ethan deflects but as their argument intensifies, Gwen doubles over in pain. The two agree not to discuss Theresa anymore. Later, Chad tells Ethan about Theresa's involvement with Fox, and Ethan goes ballistic. He says he won't allow it! Meanwhile, Chad stuns Whitney when he suggests she is Fox's mystery woman, but she assures him it's Theresa. Chad confronts Fox and he's forced to lie that it is, indeed, Theresa. Despite Chad's misgivings about Whitney playing matchmaker, Whitney encourages Theresa to go for Fox. Whitney later spills the beans to Gwen that Fox is in love with Theresa and Gwen is thrilled! This could be the answer to all of her problems. Back at the apartment, Theresa and Fox spend time together and find themselves in a passionate kiss! However, both deny it means anything, each noting they were thinking of others.
